Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. This allows you to track the status of your order.

Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-4 business days. For Belgium the delivery time is 2-5 business days.

For orders within the Netherlands we charge €4.95 for orders under €50. Above €50 shipping is free. For Belgium shipping is free from €75, otherwise shipping costs are €14.95.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting us as soon as possible at info@padelplezier.nl .

If you are not at home, the delivery person will usually leave a note with information about the next delivery attempt or where you can collect the package.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging if possible. Visit our Returns Policy page for more information.

The costs for returning are at the expense of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Once we have received your return, you will receive the full purchase price back within 14 days.

We do not exchange products directly. If you want a different product, you can return your current product and place a new order.

We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and post-payment via Klarna, AfterPay, and Billink.

Yes, all payments are processed via secure connections (SSL) and meet the highest security standards.

Yes, the products on our website are in stock, unless otherwise stated. If a product is not available, we will clearly state this on the product page.

Padel rackets come in three main shapes:

• Round: These rackets offer more control and are suitable for beginners.
• Teardrop Shape: These rackets offer a balance between power and control, ideal for intermediate players.
• Diamond Shaped: These rackets offer maximum power and are suitable for advanced players.

Although padel balls and tennis balls seem similar, there are some differences:

• Pressure: Padel balls have lower pressure, which means they bounce less.
• Size: Padel balls are often slightly smaller than tennis balls.

We work with reliable partners such as UPS, FedEx, GLS, SEUR, TNT, and Correos (for shipping within Spain).

We do not offer pickup options at this time. All orders will be shipped to the address provided.

Yes, we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

At the moment we do not have a physical store. We operate exclusively online via our webshop.
